Return and Refund Policy

Not happy with your product?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt if it does not meet your expectations. This 14-day period begins on the day the product is received.

Conditions for return:

• The product must be in the same condition as you received it: it cannot be worn or used, and it must be returned in packaging that ensures it arrives undamaged.
• Before initiating a return, please contact us at [email protected].
• If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  

Refunds: 

• Refunds only apply to products returned in their original, undamaged condition.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
• If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
• Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Used and recycled products:

• MCrea Art & Eclectic Shop offers not only new handcrafted products but also items made from recycled materials and resold items.
• Resold products are often second-hand items, such as used clothes, refurbished furniture, and recycled household items.
• Please consider the original condition of these products when purchasing.

Exclusions:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to any faults or shortcomings that were included in the product description and that the customer was aware of before making the purchase.
• In the case of faulty or damaged products, the seller bears the cost of the return, provided the fault or damage was not included in the product description and was not known before the purchase.
