Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services and products offered by MCrea Art & Eclectic Shop ("Shop"). The Shop can be accessed at https://mcrea.bigcartel.com/. By using the Shop and making a purchase, customers agree to these Terms.

2. Products

MCrea Art & Eclectic Shop offers a variety of handmade and curated, upcycled or recycled products. Product details, prices, and availability are displayed in the Shop and are subject to change. Sustainability is at the core of the Shop's values, and many products are made from recycled materials.

3. Orders and Purchases

Customers can place orders through the Shop and by doing so, accept these Terms. The customer must provide accurate and truthful information (e.g., name, address, email) during the ordering process. The Shop reserves the right to refuse an order if a product is unavailable or if inaccurate information is provided.

4. Payment Terms

Payment can be made through Stripe or PayPal using a credit or debit card. Prices include shipping costs within Europe; for destinations outside the EU, an additional €15 shipping fee applies.

5. Delivery Terms

Orders are shipped to the postal address provided by the customer. Items are dispatched the next business day following the order, and tracking information is provided so customers can monitor the shipment from dispatch to delivery. Please allow extra time for deliveries during busy periods such as Christmas, we aim is to get orders out to you as quick as possible.

6. Delivery Time and Responsibility

Within Europe, there are no customs charges, and delivery times are governed by An Post guidelines. The shop is not responsible for delays due to external factors such as customs procedures or weather conditions. Outside of Europe, where charges may apply, it is the customer's responsibility to check these and pay any fees due upon delivery of the items.

7. Return and Refund Policy

The products offered by the webshop are subject to the legally required warranty. The Customer is obliged to report any defects immediately by email to the webshop's customer service. The detailed Return and Refund Policy can be found on the shop's website.

8. Data Protection

9. Products & Fabric Images

We take every care to ensure that the description of our products is accurate, however please note that the exact product dimensions may vary slightly. The colour of products may appear differently to the actual colour, due to the resolution of individual monitors, computers, devices, or lighting variations.   

10. Other Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the Shop. MCrea Art & Eclectic Shop reserves the right to modify these Terms with prior notice to the customer.
